Although MIT has operated for over 100 years, it has never had a values statement. In order to advance progressive change, the MIT Values Statement Committee was charged with crafting a statement that is reflective of our shared purpose, expectation, and accountability for the MIT community. With this in-mind, we would like to gather input from the postdoc community on what makes MIT, and what are our shared values.
