A postdoctoral position is open for a candidate who will pursue research in the areas of oncology target discovery and high content phenotypic screening. The successful candidate will have training and expertise in oncology methods, primary or iPS cell biology, 3D tumor modeling or related fields of complex phenotypic screening. The candidate will be expected to design and implement screening experiments exploring new biology of the tumor microenvironment, as well as understanding its application to target-based drug discovery. Applicant requires knowledge of techniques such as 3D cell culture, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy and DNA/RNA/protein analysis. Previous experience in histology and/or animal modeling is also highly desirable.
