It was given by Jim Arkell of the Arkell Immigration Team of Dunn Law Firm, LLP. The Arkell Immigration Team has decades of experience in successfully applying for permanent residence (green cards) in the U.S. and discussed immigration and employment options for international postdocs and graduate students. This seminar, given by professionals in the field, explains all the important rules and pitfalls and will hopefully help many postdocs with their visa issues.
