Dear fellow MIT PostDocs,

The PDA is pleased to announce the recipients for the Fall 2013 Travel Awards. This year we have received an impressive number of high quality applications. Out of the 72 applications, the evaluation team from the PDA professional development committee has selected six outstanding applicants as recipients of the award, based exclusively on the scientific merits and originality of the submitted works.

The four awardees of the Fall 2013 Travel Grants for domestic conferences are:

• Zeynep M. Saygin, McGovern Institute for Brain Research

• Chao Zhong, Research Laboratory of Electronics

The two awardees of the Fall 2013 Travel Grants for international conferences are:

• Guoquan Huang, Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab

• Nikolai Tsvetkov, Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering
