Come get your happy hour pre-game on with other postdocs and postdocs from the Whitehead- this coming Friday, January 24th 6-10 pm in Morss Hall. We will have food, beverages, and “Powerpoint Karaoke”.
Powerpoint Karaoke:
The premise of Powerpoint Karaoke is to have people present other people’s research slides- this should be pretty funny and we might even learn something about what each other does. The presenters will be chosen at random from those interested in participating. Don’t worry, we will properly lubricate you for this.
Postdocs should email us a slide or a few slides to be presented by a participant at random. Slides with a lot of images & diagrams and only a small amount of text will work best. If you have slides in a different file format, they can be sent as PDF as well. Please send your slide submissions to cuppoldr@mit.edu with [Powerpoint Karaoke] in the subject line. Please have submissions in by no later than Wednesday, January 22.
The best presenter and the author of the winning slide will receive an MIT PDA T-shirt!
