MIT Staff Emergency Hardship Fund: Provides financial assistance (up to $1,000) for MIT staff and postdoctoral associates and fellows who are experiencing an immediate, severe, and temporary financial hardship due to a sudden or non-recurring emergency (e.g., serious illness or injury, family crisis, natural disaster)

Finding Balance: Mindful Living and Working: Three-part webinar series presented by the MIT Center for WorkLife and WellBeing, designed to help you develop practical skills and tools to enhance effectiveness, increase an overall sense of personal wellbeing, and help reduce anxiety (afternoon session also available)

MIT MyLife Services Daily Break (LIVE VIDEO): Live video stretch (15-minute) and meditation (10-minute) sessions, held each weekday until April 17th

Backup Child Care: Screened and trained caregivers are available to care for your children during the day or evening, seven days per week (up to 20 days per fiscal year)

EdNavigator: Connect with an expert educational advisor (a “Navigator”) around how to manage your child’s education and learning from home. Subscribe to EdNavigator’s One Great Thing newsletter, which provides tips for making the most of each day while schools are closed

Adult and Senior Care Advising: Consult confidentially with a Master’s-level Social Worker around how to support your aging loved ones during a crisis
