“Dialogues of Postdoc Life”, hosted by MIT Postdoctoral Association (PDA) is to foster a direct communication channel between MIT postdocs and MIT administrators. The premise of this dialogue is to shed more light on the various aspects of the postdoc work and life, sharing perspectives from both sides. The ultimate goal is to enhance the postdoc life experience while postdocs pursue their next career goals at MIT.
